Hi everyone,
As Day Camp fast approaches, I know you are all anxious to unload your new not-registered youth applications on me. The National computer end of school roll-over will occur Sunday June 7th. Day Camp starts June 8th. All adults and youth at camp must be registered members of scouting. SO, Monday morning please have someone from your unit bring all your NEW non-registered youth to me at camp. Please have appropriate fees attached to them. $5.95 to register and $7.00 for Boys’ life. I am required to audit camp at the beginning of the week. If kids are at camp but not registered, they will be asked to leave until I get their application.
IF no one is able to come to camp Monday morning to drop these off, I will be happy to hold them for you THIS week if you can get them to me and I will turn them in Monday with all the rest. We don’t want to spoil any camper’s day by sending him home due to lack of paperwork. We have all been flooded with paperwork. If he is not registered, he is not a Cub Scout and can not stay at camp. Please help me process these for you. Thank you. |
