Arrow of Light Ceremonies

Copperhead District Packs for 2009-2010

The following information is to assist our Packs with AOL Ceremony registration and provide as much information as we can for a successful and meaningful award ceremony.

Due to a limited number of Order of the Arrow ceremony teams, as in the past, we are in need of help from you! We would ask that you please e-mail a request from the dates & times listed below. We understand that traditions are very important and we apologize if we can’t exactly meet your customary location or date/time. We want to provide a great ceremony experience for both the Webelos and the families.

Where: Ceremonies are planned for Bear Creek Park at the totem pole near pavilions #7 and #8. If park conditions are too wet, then Liere Lane’s Ceremony ring is “Plan B”. If both the sites are under water, then we look to Spring Creek Park near Tomball.
When: Saturday evenings Jan 9th, Jan 30th, Feb 6th and Feb 20th.
Times: 1st Ceremony @ 6:00 pm & 2nd Ceremony @ 7:15 pm
Why: We would like to have ceremonies for at least 10 Webelos at a time.
